Congratulations to PhD candidate Eduardo Cornelius on receiving the Muriel D. Bissell International Travel Award to support his dissertation research. Cornelius’ dissertation investigates the globalization of penal discourses and practices in Brazil in the aftermath of Operation Car Wash, the world’s largest corruption scandal.
