Friendly Feedback session

Description
Friendly Feedback sessions will provide a forum for students to get feedback on ideas, somewhat similar to practicum, but for all stages and all types of projects. The goal is to help students get unstuck and move forward on their projects, which can be brought to these sessions in various forms—works in progress, ideas, and presentations will be welcome. Students will briefly share their current research problem, and perhaps their research question/puzzle and data source. Feedback from faculty and postdocs may include: input for sharpening research questions, links to new literature, ideas for making the project viable through research designs/data sources. There is nothing to read ahead of time, and these will be quite informal. We hope it allows you to make connections to our faculty and postdocs. Lunch will be served.
